Escalating a Complaint?

If you are not satisfied with our response or the resolution we offer, you may request to escalate the complaint. At that point:


  • You will be referred to a senior manager or a designated complaints officer who will review the matter.


  • We will provide you with an updated response within 1-2 business days of escalation.
