If I pause my plan, what happens next?
We get it — everyone needs to pause now and then.
If you pause your plan on the dashboard, you won’t be charged for the next month, and auto-renew will stop. You can still use any remaining data on your current plan.
Just note: if you don’t resume your plan within 90 days, you’ll lose progress toward your next cashback tier.
You’ll still receive calls and texts for up to 6 months, but after that, if you haven’t reactivated, we’ll need to close your account and recycle your number.
