What are the consequences of not paying for my plan?
Our monthly rolling plans are billed in advance for the upcoming month. If payment isn't received, your SIM or eSIM won't be loaded with data, and you won’t be able to send texts or make calls.
However, you’ll still be able to receive incoming calls and messages, so you won’t be completely cut off.
Please note that loyalty rewards won’t be issued for any unpaid month unless the outstanding balance is cleared.
