What occurs if my payment is unsuccessful?

In the event that your payment is unsuccessful (don’t worry—it can happen), here’s what to do:


  1. You’ll receive an email notification from us letting you know that the payment didn’t go through. You’ll have until midnight to make the payment and keep your monthly plan active.

  1. Simply log into your SumoSim web portal and navigate to your subscription plan


  1. Click retry payment to pay your remaining balance
