What occurs if my payment is unsuccessful?
In the event that your payment is unsuccessful (don’t worry—it can happen), here’s what to do:
- You’ll receive an email notification from us letting you know that the payment didn’t go through. You’ll have until midnight to make the payment and keep your monthly plan active.
- Simply log into your SumoSim web portal and navigate to your subscription plan
- Click retry payment to pay your remaining balance
