What's the process for setting up an eSIM?

We’ve designed the eSIM setup process to be as smooth and hassle-free as possible:

When you sign up through our website, you’ll have the option to install a SumoSim eSIM right then and there.

Whether you're using iOS or Android, our app offers a simple one-click installation process. A new eSIM will be generated and installed directly onto your device.

After installation, your phone will guide you through a few setup steps. If you already have another SIM or eSIM installed, you’ll be prompted to choose which one to use for calls, texts, and data. Just follow the on-screen instructions to set your preferences.

Once that’s done, your SumoSim eSIM will be fully activated and ready to go.
