  • Who can I call or text with my current plan?
    What’s included in Unlimited Talk on our monthly plans? You’ll get unlimited calls and texts to the following: Standard UK landlines starting with 01, 02, and 03 (excluding the Isle of Man and Channel Islands — and space, of course). Freephone numbers starting with 080. Standard UK mobiles starting with 07. Calls to and from Northern Ireland. Texts (SMS and MMS) to UK mobiles starting with 07 are also included. Yay for that!     Yes, we offer EU roaming, so you can use your plan in selected European countries. Just make sure to check our website for roaming rates to avoid any unexpected charges.   • Does my plan include EU roaming?
    Roaming across the EU is included with every plan — naturally. You can call, text, and use your data just like at home while travelling in any EU country. No need to worry about losing connection (or playing hotspot hero on your trip). The amount of data you can use abroad depends on your plan. If you're on Standard, you’ll have up to 2.5GB of roaming data. On Pro is 7.5GB and Pro+ increases to up to 25GB while you're away.Some readers

  • When does my data allowance reset?
    Your data allowance refreshes at the beginning of every calendar month — feel free to treat it like a fun data challenge if you want! Keep in mind, unused data won’t carry over. If you use all your data before the month ends, you can renew your plan early or switch to a higher-tier plan. You can also boost your data anytime by buying add-ons through the Plan section in your dashboard. These add-ons remain valid for 30 days, so any leftover data can be used in the following month.Few readers
  • Does any unused data get carried over to the next month?
    Sadly, unused data doesn’t roll over — your plan’s allowances reset at the end of each billing cycle.. On the bright side, data add-ons last 30 days, so if you buy one near the end of your plan, it can still be used into the next month — as long as there’s time leftFew readers
  • If I pause my plan, what happens next?
    We get it — everyone needs to pause now and then. If you pause your plan on the dashboard, you won’t be charged for the next month, and auto-renew will stop. You can still use any remaining data on your current plan. Just note: if you don’t resume your plan within 90 days, you’ll lose progress toward your next cashback tier. You’ll still receive calls and texts for up to 6 months, but after that, if you haven’t reactivated, we’ll need to close your account and recycle your number.Few readers
  • What happens when my data runs out?
    When your monthly data runs out, your internet will be temporarily paused—meaning no memes from your aunt or urgent updates until you reconnect. But don’t stress; we’ll notify you once you’ve used 80% of your data and again at 100%. If you run low before your plan renews, you can quickly grab a data add-on in the Plan section of the customer dashboard to keep surfing without interruption.Few readers

    For now, SumoSim doesn’t support roaming, calls, or texts outside the EU. We’ve kept things simple at launch, but we’re working on it — stay tuned for updates!Few readers

    We’re sad to see you go — but if you need to cancel, you have two easy options: Open the Plan section in the dashboard and switch off auto-renew for your current plan.
